Shipping and delivery policy
– Tanatish House is currently shipping to all regions of the Kingdom of Bahrain and all Gulf countries.
– Your request will be delivered within (48) hours within the Kingdom of Bahrain after undergoing sterilization.
– External orders are delivered during the period (2-10) working days, due to the precautionary measures taken by the Kingdom towards shipping companies to limit the spread of the new Corona virus (Covid-19), as products are periodically sterilized.
– When the operations team receives your order, an email will be sent to you containing the purchase order number and the shipment number. You can track the shipment path through the shipping company’s website after receiving the tracking link.
The cost of external shipping is determined according to the weight of the order.
– Shipping and delivery costs are calculated in the event of exchange or return.
Note: Shipping companies are reviewed regarding rates for sending shipments outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.
