Return and exchange policy
We are the Al-Tanatish house for General Trading, we are sure that the products will appeal to you, however we are ready to replace your purchases or return their value to you according to the following terms and conditions:
None of the following products will be returned or exchanged after purchase, as follows:
Lingerie and swimwear.
Promotional products and clearance sale products.
Transformer / wires.
Personal care products (shaver, hair removal devices, trimmers, massage machines, additional scissors … etc.).
Products are open packaging, sealed, worn or damaged, partially used.
Terms and Conditions:
The product must be returned to the store with the original purchase invoice and the cash sales invoice indicating the purchase of the product, whether it is electronics, electrical or home appliances.
The product must be returned in the original package, with accessories and instruction booklet, and in a condition that can be sold again.
Service, delivery and installation fees cannot be refunded after providing the service
The product shall be returned / replaced if the product is defective within 7 days for the products except for the above-mentioned, and that is from the date of purchase and in accordance with the law of the house of the call.
In the case of payment by ATM cards or credit cards, the amount of bank fees will be deducted upon the process of retrieving the paid amount, and the amount will be deposited in the account number from which the purchase was made, within 7 working days or as the bank’s approved procedures take.
Any amount paid by the gift voucher or return voucher will not be refunded.
Warranty terms and conditions:
The product warranty is applied according to the manufacturer’s conditions, starting from the date of purchase recorded on the sales invoice.
The main responsibilities of the warranty service remain with the brand owner / main supplier, and the sponsor is the intermediary only.
Accessories, batteries and consumables are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty becomes invalid if the product is opened or tampered with by an unauthorized person / other service center.
The original invoice and warranty card must be kept to claim the warranty.
The guarantee shall be applied within the borders of the Kingdom of Bahrain unless otherwise stated.
Any maintenance product will be maintained within a period of no less than 15 working days as a minimum.
The repaired products must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery, and any claims after 30 days will not be accepted / The house of Tatnish has full authority to dispose of these products
The warranty includes normal depreciation.
